Pathogens
Microorganisms that can cause illness, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi such as mold and mildew. In mold inspection and water damage restoration, pathogens may be present in contaminated areas—especially those affected by sewage or prolonged moisture. Disinfectants and fungicides are used to eliminate these harmful organisms and reduce health risks.
