Moisture Meter
A tool used to measure the moisture content of building materials such as drywall, wood, and flooring. Also referred to as a hygrometer, moisture meters can be penetrating (using probes) or non-penetrating (using sensors) and are critical for identifying areas at risk for mold growth.
