Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
The ongoing activities and procedures used to maintain the effectiveness of mold mitigation or environmental risk control efforts. In mold-related work, O&M plans may include regular inspections, moisture control, air quality checks, and proper upkeep of ventilation or containment systems to prevent recurrence.
