Territory Account Executive

We're hiring a Territory Account Executive to own and grow our presence in the Dallas area. You'll focus on developing long-term client relationships across residential and commercial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network of regional accounts
- Prospect new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Present tailored inspection solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Collaborate with field and operations teams for service handoff
- Meet or exceed sales goals and territory benchmarks
Requirements
- 3+ years of field sales or territory management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with in-person and remote selling
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Nice to Have
- Industry experience in home services, building inspection, or environmental services
- Knowledge of the local market or property management networks
