Certified Mold Inspector

We're looking for a detail-oriented, certified Mold Inspector to join our growing team. You'll conduct on-site inspections for homes, commercial properties, and multi-unit buildings, using moisture detection tools, thermal imaging, and air/surface testing to identify mold risks.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections and moisture mapping
- Use thermal imaging and moisture meters on-site
- Collect and submit air and surface samples
- Create clear, professional reports for clients
- Communicate findings and recommendations with property owners
- Maintain accurate records and inspection logs
Requirements
- Valid mold inspector certification (CMI, CRMI, or equivalent)
- Experience with thermal imaging and moisture detection tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Nice to Have
- Experience with residential and commercial inspections
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus
