We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Rep to help expand our presence with property managers, real estate professionals, HOAs, and commercial clients. You’ll be responsible for outreach, relationship-building, and closing inspection service contracts across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential business clients
Pitch services and explain value of mold inspections and risk assessments
Build long-term relationships with property managers and commercial leads
Work closely with operations to ensure service delivery
Track performance and pipeline using CRM tools
Requirements
2+ years in B2B sales or service-based selling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable managing outbound calls and follow-ups
Nice to Have
Experience selling into property management, real estate, or facilities
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
