We’re hiring a Territory Account Executive to own and grow our presence in the Dallas area. You’ll focus on developing long-term client relationships across residential and commercial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a network of regional accounts
Prospect new business opportunities in assigned territory
Present tailored inspection solutions to residential and commercial clients
Collaborate with field and operations teams for service handoff
Meet or exceed sales goals and territory benchmarks
Requirements
3+ years of field sales or territory management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with in-person and remote selling
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Nice to Have
Industry experience in home services, building inspection, or environmental services
Knowledge of the local market or property management networks
