We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to help streamline field activity, customer communications, and internal workflows. You’ll work closely with our inspectors and clients to manage appointments, ensure timely reporting, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm inspection appointments
Serve as point of contact between clients and field teams
Monitor job status, data entry, and report delivery
Track performance metrics and technician schedules
Assist with CRM updates and process improvements
Requirements
2+ years of experience in coordination or admin role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
Background in property management, inspections, or home services
Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Airtable
